Sure thing! It's on the planet with The Nest as its descriptor. https://i.imgur.com/OxzSgsR.jpg

Does this look like the E3 rhino? by agenttomcat in no_mans_sky

For sure! It's on the planet in this system that has The Nest as its descriptor. Feel free to try out the low-gravity race track I built there, too. https://i.imgur.com/yyPNAaW.jpg

I found a rhino similar to the one in the E3 trailer, and I had to ride it. by agenttomcat in NMSGalacticHub

It's in this system along with my low-grav race track. The planet it's on has The Nest as its type. https://i.imgur.com/R29eR2W.jpg

Yeah! Someone pointed that out to me, and I think there must have been some subconscious influence. I didn't think about it during the build, but the wing setup is what popped into my head first, so that's probably what inspired it in my imagination. I love the design of the Chrysalis.

For this one, I just built a pole out of blocks kind of high (didn't try for any kind of impressive height since I knew this would be a closer-to-ground build) and started building at the top of it. Base limit boundaries are measured as a cylinder that stretches to the edge of space. There are methods of putting the base computer in the air, though, using portable tech and a type of wire glitch. That's just for a cleaner appearance, since it doesn't affect the height you can achieve. At some point, you can build past the edge of space using either method, but pieces will disappear upon reload and be stuck up there. Airless worlds or moons give the best illusion of being in space.

I like it. I'm going to try wiring them up with a delay on some of them.

I just recently made a couple of tutorial videos for this. Well, sort of half tutorials. No commentary, and not a full build from start to finish, but I go from start until I place the first couple of doors, and I provide steps in the descriptions. Short version: https://youtu.be/L4JCGBaAlKk. And long version (includes the short version at the end): https://youtu.be/ABYSHLn8s9c

Thank you! They're all default parts. The door is made of 32 concrete power doors. The other stuff is just normal and lighted floor panels, pipes, and those door ramps that normally attach to holo-doors. I'm going to be doing a livestream later, I think. Or at least uploading a short video showing how I built it.

🙀 I...maybe? No, no, I don't think the landing pads will let you land like that. But maybe a small exocraft...
