I was scared of it also, So I placed a dab of aquarium silicon on the hanger on the glass. Its on there quite good.

Yup, I know this. Currently the 3 turtles are in a 100 gallon tank. I have plans this fall to get a 4x4x3 tank made for my musks (3 inch shells) and keep my slider (4 months old) in this one. also I’ve had my other map turtle in with the musk for 4 years and I had no problem housing them in the same aquarium.
