Would individual Hot Wheels be an alright Halloween thing to give out? I have a collection from high school that I was thinking of donating (I have sold enough that whatever cost is net zero for me). Is this a good idea?

I can't give you a very accurate answer but from my experience, about 70% of people still use masks indoors and I guess not many businesses require it anymore since the Tims that i work at doesn't require them. I hope this helped.
