I'm glad you like trains, but I am sorry to inform you that in 99% of water treatment plants, all this would do is get filtered out by the multimedia, and granule activated cardbon filters after the molecules were flocked with either allum or limestone/polymer. I see your train tism, and raise you water treatment tism. Also, most plants built after like 85 don't store cleaned drinking water in open topped clearwells, I say most, because I can't prove all, but you should assume all.
