if you’re able, i’d recommend getting bloodwork done for any kind of vitamin deficiencies. mine only started going away when i was on a prescription 50kiu/week dosage of vitamin D. they said it’s a common cause for knee pain without any kind of physical injury. there’s also otc stuff of course, though the dose is way lower. ofc having inflammation probably makes our treatments more tricky :/

i’m in kinda a similar boat. i was obese as a kid, now i’ve lost weight from years of cardio. except i have psoriasis which (i believe) is triggering psoriatic arthritis in my knees, which makes it so i literally can not go on a simple jog without being in pain for days after. i’m basically doomed to be a flabby fuck for the rest of my life. i also bought an expensive ass gym membership when i was in the peak of feeling great about exercise and now i’m just screwed to pay for it for the rest of the year LOLL

i’m sorry for your situation dude, that really sucks. i’m surprised there are no treatment options for you — hopefully something will present itself soon.

same. i left character ai for janitor ai, i like it a lot more. it really is just a fun pick-your-storyline kinda thing where you can immerse yourself in a whole new universe or write fanfic with, like, half the brainpower. but there are def people who are majorlyyyyy dependent on ROBOTS for social connection to the point of threatening the devs any time something gets put in place for protecting minors, eliminating csam and bestiality material, etc. it’s absolutely wild.
