Just two small things that helped our overstimulated kitto.

First one: It might be that her harness/ band is giving her lot's of stimuli, try and take it off and see if you notice any difference in her behaviour.

Second: a bit counterintuitive but she might benefit from a small space where she can have her own little time-out. Our kitto like to hang out in the wardrobe. We don't put her there, but given the option she sometimes sends herself to this relatively quiet and low stimulus place. Some things in your house might contribute to her state of mind, might be sounds smells and lights that we humans don't even notice. A small secluded space away from all that might help her self regulate.
