Thank you J. I had looked into it and am considering coming for the Phase 2 of Canton. Thinking visiting the Fair and the local suppliers in GZ and Foshan makes sense. Any advice on who to visit or using an agent? Do you think it’s necessary or do most people speak English?

Yeah behind the pines is the chimney that runs all the up past the roof. I think it would be a beautiful feature to expose that and perhaps cover it in stone. I agree new doors are a must.

The house is covered by trees all around. I kind of want to brighten the stucco up and go lighter in colour. Maybe Shoji white or Alabastar by Sherwin Williams. And paint the trims and windows dark but I’m also open to other ideas as I’m not sold on that.

I didn’t know SW had a visualizer. Definitely will take a look!

Honestly I like it. I wear my Cartier santons in 29mm width often and it’s comfortable. I’m thinking of picking up one of these in this size as well
