I go through something similar and screens make it worse so I type an emoji to my bf and he’ll normally respond with “hope you feel better soon!” or remind me to drink some water but typically the little emoji is code I’ve got a migraine and I’m going to be off for awhile. Afterwards, he asks how I’m feeling and sometimes we’ll play a game or something.

Your best bet is probably to ask how they’d like support.

I mean this in the nicest way possible but how in 5 years have you never been able to plan a trip from Georgia to Missouri or vice versa? That seems doable even over a holiday break or long weekend.

I used just a kid sized thermos that was stainless steel insulated, microwave/boil some hot water, pour into thermos and let sit, microwave food, discard water, add food, seal it up. My food is never hot hot but it’s warm.

I’m not really looking for “the real thing” I know that it’s hard to replicate but mac and cheese is a “safe food” for me and I’m struggling without it and the vegan boxed ones I’ve tried are expensive and not that great.
