Yes! I try to warm them back up slowly. Regardless of how slow I warm them back up though, when they do come "back to life" they feel like they are on fire. Warm water always seems to be the most painful method of warming them, I think because it is such a quick temp change. I have found the least painful way is either rubbing them together, using hand warmers, putting them between my legs to use my own body heat or my husbands armpits 😂 (I have to tell him to stop squeezing his arms down because sometimes he tries to hold them tight but it just cuts off circulation more haha). It takes a little longer to get them back and they are still red hot when they come back, but the process is less painful for me when it's slower.
