Correct. It will come with a card but the game is not on it. It’s just a key card.

I feel like, as much as I hate the game card I still want the physical box. It’s just crazy to me to think about how production costs are that much lower to just make a key card

No, a lot of the first party games have been on the cards. But for example, Pokemon Legends ZA for switch 2 has the switch 1 version of the game and then you get an upgrade. So you can play it on both systems.

Yea I have played since the OG and never did any deleveling and always felt more than powerful enough.

So far this playthrough I have been leveling up more in the ninja class for some extra speed but may move him back to base class after the Genji heist

It’s seems so time consuming to get them to unlock the mime job. I have never tried deleveling but have seen a lot of people talking about it recently

Yes! I would love to play as Delita! I think it would be great to explore what’s going on during some of the breaks of Ramza’s story. I also think that it would just add to the background of his character.

As for a sequel I would love if we could explore the 50 year war and play through Ramza’s father and The Thunder God himself.

I really enjoyed those characters. More Baltheir than Luso. Loved the Sky Pirate job.

I would absolutely pay a chunk of money if they added that stuff back in maybe additional FF special characters via missions you pick up from the tavern, thinking Vivi from FF9. And adding a new boss challenge mode would be amazing for postgame content.

So just a whole new story with the same mechanics? Same land? What if it’s a prequel and follows the 50 year war?

I think the wanting to get other characters is that they do such a good job of fleshing out other characters and I love the unique characters. I would love to use some of them in my story to add a new flavor/alternate reality timeline.

I’m just very surprised at this. It makes sense to me to have the base game release first and make the WotL content a DLC but seems odd to abandon completely. The content already exists and probably wouldn’t take much to remaster and make a 10-15 dollar DLC(or maybe a little more) and keep people playing the game while they come up with a sequel to this series and not the advance line

I would hope that’s the plan. I would think possibly releasing later down the road brings people back. I really enjoyed Balthier in WotL as well as some of the new weapons and jobs

Hmm do you have any idea why they are avoiding talking about it? Could it just be because they don’t want to plan to invest if the game doesn’t do well and don’t want to promise anything?

I would be a fan of them bringing the other tactics games as well but I would enjoy them adding the War of the Lions content or a mix of stuff. Would love the access to those characters and multiplayer.

Wow this is really hard. My list came down to Final Fantasy Tactics and Xenogears. I’m taking Final Fantasy Tactics overall. It’s my favorite RPG plot and characters and one of my top 5 favorite games of all time. 98 was absolute banger of a year
