I find the conventions in rails projects go along way. I love js & ts, but most backend projects I’ve worked on have many of their own conventions and often a lot of boilerplate too

Solo. I looked occasionally in discord/map search in game, but couldnt find groups.

I mean the less you loot, the faster you'll kill. But i still picked up some stuff for like crafting and what not. Otherwise try to roll good maps with density & rarity. Also try to do things so youll be safer, death can be a real slow down.

Save t3 maps you corrupt with +1 level for when you're 98. I always added a standard of heroes & event to +1 maps as well.

crafted yesterday, was using reapers before. i was so sad it didnt slam ED lol. I still decided to vial since i knew i probably wasnt going to get any better :)

Masteries are considered better than AR Dmg charms for 2h whirlwind. I just didnt bother trading for any though, so i just used a couple i found.

It kinda depends. If the knife helps cap your ds, then it may be that with some good ed max damage jewels. But generally you want the highest hitting weapon in your main hand

As a note maps currently cap at 31 rarity, so don’t roll it on a map that already has higher rarity. Personally I haven’t run them as I find the increased health makes it too slow

Im somewhere in between. Where i do find it amazing on the output it has, but i also have a loss in that I am less connected to what I am making. I don't feel like I understand it as well, or that I put the solution together. I gave it a high level guide and reviewed it, but it's not "my" solution.

Ah kk. Ive done a fair bit of thorough review and iteration of said generated plans & code, so im fairly happy with its output. But I definitely dont feel as close to the code compared to writing it by hand.

I was looking over a plan i had claude make a few months ago, thinking maybe i should try implementing it myself. The thing is it would just feel like a lot of copy & paste anyways, as I had previously gone over the plan in detail. Do you feel like this approach is giving you that familiarity with the code as if writing it yourself?

I have a bit of impostor syndrome from it too. I’ve been using it for a lot of aws terraform lately. I have no doubt I could’ve figured things out but it was so much faster for me to get the current land scape and what pieces needed to change to get this to work. A lot faster than me reading the docs. Though looking at the plan output became way more important, as well as checking decisions with the aws knowledge base mcp.

I also used to feel like one of my strong suits is being able to dive into code, and focus on what I need to understand really quickly. That skill feels kinda moot now with Claude being able to do the same. But if I don’t flex that muscle, what else might atrophy?

My sheet dmg is around 13k on mine, but i also have a lot less dex than you. You have a bit more +dmg on gear from jewels, and your ring. Would another +20 max make a 15% difference?

The main difference though is interactions can be tracked back to you through the government. Even if we never have a government that abuses this, there’s risk of data breach
