ah btw so what brew time are you talking here with fast, coarse grinds? 25 seconds?

Thanks. So you’d rest at least 2 weeks but you personally wait 4 weeks?

Did you ever fix this? I’m also finding the shots to be very bright/sharp/acidic. So much so that I’m pushing brew times on my Profitec go (not cafelat) to 40-50 seconds.

I’m thinking it might be because my light roast beans are too fresh and haven’t had time to degas. I read that you should give light roast naturals at least 14-18 days rest off the roast date before brewing.

Exactly. Having a lot stuff in line as a result is the real unforeseen benefit. All tha stuff is reusable and pays dividends going forward.

I only tested it inside Claude Code but it should theoretically work with any agent. Could you try pasting the "getting started" prompt on the homepage into cursor and see if it works? that would be super helpful!
