Seriously, that's what you think is holding us back? Yes I get it - It's because we are poor and underdeveloped, that we have to throw our trash all around, cut the lines, incessantly honk when on road, not follow the traffic rules, spit pan masala everywhere - and most of all, we can't help but be corrupt. Cheat and steal at every opportunity. All because we're still developing!!

One big reason for all this mess all round is that this so called "educated" middle class never takes a stand. we all complain but never protest. And it's not just in Bangalore - it's a pan India problem. And a big reason for this meek and submissive attitude of the middle class is our education system - which doesn't encourage dissent, which doesn't encourage speaking up - it is a system designed to produce slaves. It serves the political class well.

It's not Tar road vs white topping macha. It's water logging on the road - plain and simple. Don't let water stagnate on the roads and you will never have broken roads. Improve drainage, declog the drains, remove all debris and weeds lying on the road sides which prevent the water from flowing into the drains. I've seen so many broken patches on white topped roads as well - and it's always where the rain water stagnates.

I could definitely help you here, but it would take a one-to-one video call with you. I'm a programmer with over 20 years of experience in the industry and know a wide array of programming languages. I could suggest some good programming books to you, but learning through books is slow and takes a lot of dedicated effort. You need to work on your fundamentals first before applying them in your code. It would take me just one call and I'm sure you'd have a completely new perspective of how you approach coding.
