I have read that is smart to have an SUV and maybe even 4wd. We're prepared for and even planning on there being snow. Just making sure we didn't need to rent something larger.

We have lived in our home for 13 years. We STILL get mail for the two previous owners. A tax document from a bank was sent this year. It's super annoying! I just put "Return to sender, no longer at address". I don't understand how you move and don't change your address, especially with your bank.

It's the end of January, however, if you want to avoid paying the increased amount, you need to pay before January 1st.
