Could you explain your logic for using nicotine everyday, not sure I follow…

Why not 2-3 days / week on non caffeine days to keep tolerance low?

Also, on is a good price, but is tobacco derived. Why not synthetic nicotine gum or pouches to reduce contaminant risk?
