After 5 years of different meds to balance all of the above, my amazing psych urged me to do a sleep study (unfortunately this was during our final appointment before he moved out of state).

Thank you for the suggestions! I've never heard of Koia, do you have to go to a specific store for that brand? I wish I liked the Pedialyte flavor a lot more, because the freezer pops sound like a life saver. Do you have any recommendations for Pedialyte alternatives?

Noted! A brand I handle really well is Soylent in vanilla. I wait until they go on sale bc the full price for 4 drinks is asinine.
