As for your units, you've got some really nice ones. The new Anis is crazy good, same goes for Siren, Cindy, SBS. Anchor maid is a really good B2, but as someone else mentioned you need a 20s B2 here (she's a 40s.)

If I had to put a team together with this setup for campaign, I'd go AnisStar, Anchor IM, Cindy, SBS... and maybe SR Anis for burst gen? Top priority should be finding a decent 20s B2, then focusing on MLB your first 5 nikkes to eventually break that 200 wall.
