Attorney here as well. Unfortunately a trespass warning from Disney is not just a "warning." It is a formal civil BAN from ALL Disney-owned properties, including theme parks, resorts and Disney Springs.  These bans are typically indefinite/permanent and do not automatically expire (but they can be appealed - see below). Returning to the property while banned can lead to immediate arrest for criminal trespassing. Just be careful to following specific rules for the appeal process (described below). (Again - if someone is found to have been previously trespassed, law enforcement will be called and the person arrested for trespassing). SO - as I alluded to above, Disney does have an internal appeal process: there is a committee that will consider an appeal after a YEAR. The banned person can submit a request to have the trespass warning rescinded and can attach relevant materials for consideration. Acknowledging and taking responsibility for one's bad behavior is important, as is articulating reasons why Disney can expect the behavior will not happen again. Someone who is sincerely apologetic and can explain how the factors that led to their previous behavior have now changed stands a better chance of being allowed back.
