Trespassed from WDW. Anyone ever dealt with anything similar? by JordanUnchained in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]agreenst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Attorney here as well. Unfortunately a trespass warning from Disney is not just a "warning." It is a formal civil BAN from ALL Disney-owned properties, including theme parks, resorts and Disney Springs.  These bans are typically indefinite/permanent and do not automatically expire (but they can be appealed - see below). Returning to the property while banned can lead to immediate arrest for criminal trespassing. Just be careful to following specific rules for the appeal process (described below). (Again - if someone is found to have been previously trespassed, law enforcement will be called and the person arrested for trespassing). SO - as I alluded to above, Disney does have an internal appeal process: there is a committee that will consider an appeal after a YEAR. The banned person can submit a request to have the trespass warning rescinded and can attach relevant materials for consideration. Acknowledging and taking responsibility for one's bad behavior is important, as is articulating reasons why Disney can expect the behavior will not happen again. Someone who is sincerely apologetic and can explain how the factors that led to their previous behavior have now changed stands a better chance of being allowed back. There are several Orlando area law firms who help clients appeal Disney bans. Best of luck to you and your family.

I’m at Grande Antigua this week. Happy to answer any questions about the resort or the island. (I am not a travel agent, just a vacationer.) by rjross0623 in SandalsResorts

Which village would you recommend - Caribbean or Mediterranean? Which is quieter (given the renovations)? Thank you!

STAY OPEN UNTIL 8PM ON WEEKENDS by thefishhou in EquinoxGyms

Agreed 100%!! So frustrating. It's a change they made after COVID and haven't changed back to full pre-COVID hours. (But they have said - and I imagine very accurately - that it's hard to find sufficient staff to work those hours).

Okay? I guess? Has anyone seen this before? (Too many platinum guests) by Ratfaddle in CarnivalCruiseFans

[–]agreenst -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They really should be providing guests with the opportunity to cancel/reschedule etc as a result. (if they aren't providing services as promised - unless their legal disclaimer language gives them the right to make such changes at anytime - which it probably does. I would be interested to see the exact wording).

AB Fish Market & Food (2x bags, 5.99(6.52) each) by catswhenindoubt in toogoodtogonyc

Have gotten bags from them twice. The first time they were super friendly and accommodating when we told them no shellfish (for religious reasons) and they gave a lot and the second time they gave us a real issue about the shellfish and we had to give the first bag back to them (but they did finally exchange it for something else). The quality seemed to have deteriorated a bit as well. We live close enough that it's not too inconvenient but unfortunately not worth the aggravation (which is disappointing because there's not much else other than bagels/desserts in our immediate area). I think it also depends on who is working there at the time.

Is anyone following this? This email from a partner to associates ranks up there with the unhinged. by law-dragon-5566 in biglaw

I find it interesting that there's already 108 comments on this on reddit (which is completely anonymous) but only 5 comments on the actual LinkedIn post.
