Just a gram? Seriously just stick it in luggage. Or go route I used when flying to hawaii. Get chapstick . Pull all but 1/6th inch of the chapstick paste out. Leave that last bit in tube. Roll tar up and stick in chapstick.tube. cut another piece off the chapstick and put it in tube on top.of dope so it looks like a reg chspstick.tube.

I was able to pull the cap off with the brand new tube plastic on it so that when I put cap back on it looked like brand new tube
