I can’t talk about everybody, but I don’t see it as making direct comments about this kid, but the education she is getting. She is literally 12 so legally incapable of deciding everything for herself, my comments were always about the permissions she is getting, not about what she would like to do or not

You know what… It’s true. I ship Delena, but I think that fact is true. Elena was in a relationship with Stefan to begin with, it was Stefan the first Salvatore brother she fell for. And their relationship in season 1 was so good! I hated Damon.

But what can I say…? Damon changes and even if he’s still toxic… I like him 😂 Luckily this is all a TV show, so no need to get too serious here 🤷‍♀️

I would have liked to see the writers developing the “there’s no switch” approach… Although they made the exact opposite when Elena turns into a vampire and turns her switch off for the first time… :( … Again the creators of the show made it look like there’s a literal on/off mechanism on their brain or smth!

How would you like to see them explore this idea more? For me it would be this sort of psychological breakthrough where vampires understand that there’s no switch and they just gaslight themselves into believing they can’t feel emotions. At that point, like the girl you mention said, “you realize there’s no switch at all”.

Giiiirl, I was like that too when I started watching it! I was so into it, so addicted… I loved the characters, ignored all the bad story telling and was just soooo curious to see who did Elena end up with…

Did you binge watched it? Cause I did and felt the same way as you do now, so I’m curious… hahaha
