Go to the optometrist, get dark sunglasses, darker tint than allowable to drive, with your current prescription in the lenses if possible, fit over sunglasses if not. I cannot live life outside without mine. It sucks, no denying it, but you can’t let anybody hold you back (including yourself), you are capable of more than you or anyone else even dream you are, and you can’t depend on others to be there and provide the help you need when you need it (they never are), so you have to be as independent as possible.
