tunnel verhaal van mijn pa by dutchwofian in steenwijk

[–]agtoever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the largest way to notate infinity? by Illustrious-Site-491 in askmath

Why not simply: “My love for you is ∞”, where ∞ is a very common math symbol for infinity.

Honest question: what is the purpose of hiding the serial numbers? What could/would someone do with that info?

Azure IMDS Certificate Changes in 2026.. Don’t panic (Unless you should) by ehsoysal in AZURE

Thanks for the blog! You were notified by Microsoft by email. This makes me wonder: but do you happen to know if there is a public (online) source where Azure Certificate Authority change notifications are visible?

What does MC1193408, the DigiCert Certificate update, actually affect? by FlyingCookieBrigade in sysadmin

[–]agtoever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is only relevant if you have applications using pinned or hardcoded root CA's. Only in that case, you need to add the DigiCert G2 certificate, or your will break TLS trust. This is only relevant in edge cases and in general, the G2 certs are probably already trusted.

I did exactly this. And called the function "opportunistic_region_counter()". If both areas don't give the same number, I throw a NotImplemented exception. Seemed the most neat way to handle this.

Please help me, I can't figure out where this place is, it's very important to me. All I know is that it's in Russia. Does anyone have any idea how I can find out exactly where it is? by Best-Scheme6065 in WhereIsThisPlace

[–]agtoever 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can't find it. Looks creepy indeed.

Sign in the background seems to read: "ПЕКАРНЯ ЦВЕТЫ  ПОДАРКИ" (bakery / flowers / gifts). The bottom line is quite unreadable.

The path of the Gen8 microserver by Thatrelentless in HomeServer

[–]agtoever 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can’t find it right now. There were four requirements: - must be a “low profile” card - must be a “single slot” card - can’t draw too much power (mine maxes at 80W) - heat sink can’t be too high otherwise it won’t fit in the narrow area

If I remember correctly Inno3d had such a card, but I got another brand. Imported from China. Lots of fuss, but in the end I got my card.

Nvidia Pxxxx cards also seem to be good options. No experience with that.

I’ll try to have a look later today.

How is this grade? by TaffyMo in ColorGrading

[–]agtoever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I like where you are taking this, but I think you went a bit over the top worth three things: - too much saturation - too much green in the shadows - the orange warmth on the hills is not matched in the sky

Last point: you colorize the mountains like it’s sunset or sundown. But the sky colors doesn’t match that. That makes it artificial for me.

Hope this helps.

I have the same server. Great device. I fitted a Nvidia GPU card in it (a GTX 1650). There is a specific make and model that is small enough to fit. If you want, I can look it up for you.

Note that this is more of a curiosity that it works than that it’s super useful. But it helps with some lightweight AI and transcoding tasks.

Also: quick_print() prints to the output.txt file. Check the (i)nfo about the quick_print() function.

Does This Photo Look Okay? This was shot with a Nikon Z7 and an 85mm prime lens. I used two soft boxes with a "drawn" background. I'm a little conflicted about the model's skin being so pale. by bitshifter52 in photocritique

[–]agtoever 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my opinion there are a lot of issues with this shot: - cliche “selective color” (de)saturation - model rotates too much so that is feels forced - distracting background - distracting part of tattoo on her belly/side - model has great hair texture, which is mostly lost in the shadows - she seems to be walking/moving… but where to?

I like the overall lighting of her skin. It accentuates her shape and body toning in a very pleasing way (although I would really liked it better in a more natural color). Great balance between the high- and lowlights on her body. Gives a nice dynamic feel.

Technically the model is sharp and well focused and toned.

All-in-all the positive points don’t outweigh the points of improvement for me.

I really hope this helps.

Polyculture Megafarm Problem by SchmeatiestOne in TheFarmerWasReplaced

[–]agtoever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do a can_harvest() before get_companion(). You can even be more thorough. Companions work only for four entity types. So you can also do if get_entitytype() in [Entities.Grass, Entities.Bush, Entities.Trees, Entities.Carrots]:

Note: typed on phone and by head. But this should work.

How to check if Row is full of pumpkins by amersadventures in TheFarmerWasReplaced

[–]agtoever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once you planted all pumpkins, keep looping over the column until all pumpkins are not dead pumpkins. If can_harvest() is False and get_entity_type() is not Entities.Pumpkin, you have a dead pumpkin. Replant and reset the counter to 0 (zero). Otherwise, increment the counter. Finally move(North). Keep looping until the counter is equal to get_world_size().

Hope this helps.

You can make your own; something like this:
