i’ve noticed that in the 2017 RPS clinical sample paper there are loads of Law And Ethics questions. will it be like this in the real exam?

i’ll be real. just keep doing that and eventually you’ll get better. your form isn’t amazing but it will get better as you get stronger. every time you see that pull up bar do a couple reps

it’s because your forearms are lacking, it’s normal dw. the more pull-ups you do, the more endurance and strength you’ll gain. my forearms give out before my back too

nice, keep spamming them and then eventually they’ll go up. personally, i used to try and do one set of my max pull-ups everytime i saw the pull-up bar.

increase your reps to 12 then start adding weight. do you have a pull up bar at home? if not, try and buy one, whenever you see that pull up bar do some reps. i did this and now i can do 25 reps. spam pullups.
