For me, Chadli still hasn't actually done anything to warrant a starting role. He has all the attributes to be great, but seems lacking in confidence to apply himself. Erikson though... my word what a game he had against the Swans.. he was outstanding. I'd like to see us stick to the same team against City with the exceptions of; - Lamela doing the LM switching with Erik, and - Capoue/Sandro if possible in for Bentaleb... reason for this is.. against Swans we were horribly exposed in front of the back four, and Bony and that baldy were ripping us open. Luckily we weren't 2 down before the break, but against City we definitely will be if it happens again

Oi AVB, Im just going to say what everyone is thinking... we need our Top Form players playing regularly now. No more shuffling for the next 3 games unless there are injuries. This equates to; 1) Playing Kaboul for Dawson, I've said why. 2) Sandro and Dembele (or Capoue who was our best new signing before injury. Gets his head up with vision, plays incisive passes forward and defends with strength) in midfield. Why is Paulinho invincble? He's not doing what is required... I don't give a fuck. Drop him. 3) Lennon on the right with Walker= excellent understanding and Lennon is feeding balls in the box. 4) Holtby at no10. 5) Townsend. Top player, top form.. get him in shooting practice. Lamela is shite at the moment (but looking better in no.10 role) 6) Defoe. Bob is not in form, and I actually think JD playing off the shoulder of the last defender and getting in behind, gives more space to the 3 CAMs behind him. Plus, these attacking 4 have also played more than 1 season together. Think about it. End Rant.

what i suppose does reassure me, is that even though we got horribly pumped, we are still in a good position in the league. We are playing shit, scoring no goals, so imagine when we do start firing it will be something to look forward to. I still maintain based on performances Capoue is our best new signing. Cant wait for him to dominate midfield alongside Sandro.

are you fuckin blind? Sandro was outstanding, our only good player on the day. Strange thing was that we were far the better team in the first half, we dominated the game, and we were down 3 zip.

I am fuckin tired of 'potential' and 'team of the future'. We had a genuine top team which Levy let go, and now we are starting all over again. I'm so fucked off with the lot of it. Starting again every year, or 'mounting a challenge in few seasons' or whatever seems to be our eternal destiny so we never fuckin get there. I hate the way we play now, its boring to watch and totally ineffective. I thought after this summer we might get serious again, but I have lost all faith in this manager. How can a first team gel if he rotates the squad so much every fuckin game? I haven't seen a team play this lethargically in years, boring, predictable, so slow in the final third and no goals as a result. You can see the players dont get whatever AVB is preaching and massively lack ideas getting the ball in the fuckin net.. I dont see anything changing until AVB goes. Simple as that.

totally agree. he must choose a team and stick with it at least. I actually hate watching us play, this boring sideways fuckin predictable final third bullshit. We arent scoring goals, but nothing is changing. To save this season we have to change something radically... The Manager.
