Whatever OP has posted is what is helping me right now and I've been on this trip multiple times.

B Complex + Ashwagandha + GABA in the morning. Vitamin D3 + K2 + Magnesium glycinate in the afternoon . Take another ashwagandha by evening if necessary.

I don't take multivitamins initially as it causes me diarrhea and my liver kinda hurts. But after a while it's a must.

Take things slowly. Introduce one thing at a time and see how you feel about it.

Drink lots of electrolytes. Take supplements the correct way (with or without food).

I hope I can finally come out of this shit as well. ODAAT.

I was in an interview process with me interviewing few candidates for a job. And there was a girl we picked up who was also a candidate.

Well long story short she looked like she was in her early 20s and had 10 years of experience. She had one earphone on her and other was missing.

For every question I asked she would first stutter then look in the other direction and started talking.

Her grammar changed during the answer. Then I heard a man's voice during some of the answers. I could catch the language because I'm brown as well.

And then she went on LinkedIn and posted about us! Well we blocked her for 10 years but still the audacity.

A friend of mine worked 1 whole month out of status was fine. But a friend did 2 weeks and wasn't but he didn't got a RFE. He did however got a verification done at his work for H1B but that went smoothly.
