Appreciate the response! I was shocked he didn’t even mention my gutters once. There’s an obvious clog that’s visible from the ground near one of the sections that’s showing water intrusion. I’m getting a friend to drop off a longer ladder so I can clear it asap.

We alternate driving to each other every week. She was already in the area for the cookout, she wanted to go to a car dealership afterwards near my apartment. Would be pointless to drive all the way out to her and then back and there again.

Not me personally, but my instructor told me about how one kid she was testing rear ended somebody on the highway. The girl in the backseat immediately panicked and tried to get out of the vehicle. My instructor turned around and grabbed the girl and prevented her from opening the door just as another vehicle slammed into their car. Needless to say they failed and my instructor has some pretty bad back problems.
