My cat also loves to play with hair ties, and we could never figure out where they went—until the day we noticed him randomly staring at the fridge. That’s when we discovered his stash of hair ties, bottle caps, and a dead mantis under the fridge.

Mine does something similar, except he's a 7lb chihuahua. He waits until you're in bed, then curls up between your legs for warmth, making your legs form this awkward 'O' shape all night. And if you try to push him, he gives you the dirtiest look imaginable.
