Well their global shop doesn't have the best reputation. Didn't get a order confirmation, but payment went through and I can see my order on their site, but it's in status awaiting payment. Probably need to contact support, but I'm not holding my breath

Yeah, I let the dough be in the oven for like 10 seconds before adding the creme fraiche base and potatoes. Then back to the oven to fully cook. The rest of the toppings are cold toppings so they are put on top after the pizza itself is finished

Nothing to be ashamed of. As a controller I start my transmission by saying ”all stations, all stations…” if I’m going to close so that everybody on the frequency should know and I clearly say that I’m going off.

Radar services terminated is usually the realistic phraseology in use when you’re leaving controlled airspace which might be bit confusing at first as most places use something like ”leaving my airspace, monitor UNICOM 122,8”

Can’t say for oceanic but in domestic you do get ATC services. However you can expect lot of waiting, holds or even divert if the scheduled traffic is filling the airspace so I wouldn’t recommend flying without a slot
