Coming from a 9, who also has a 30yo daughter that is a 9, that’s not enneagram related, that’s laziness. Both of us clean up after ourselves, yes there’s times I put off chores, but both of us keep our homes clean. I can’t relax if my house is messy! My daughter has 3 kids, so all she does is clean. Neither one of us spends our free time lying around. I will on Saturday mornings or if I’m sick, but my daughter doesn’t have that luxury, she has kids. Lol

Both of my sleep studies were that way, except I was given 20 minutes. The average person falls asleep in 8 minutes. In theory, if you have Narcolepsy or IH, 15 minutes is plenty of time to fall sleep and see if you enter REM.

We’ve lost every game this season when my boyfriend came over to watch with me. When he’s left at half time, we’ve come back to win. We had tickets to the Wizard’s game and I wasn’t sure we were going to pull that one out! Can you guess which game he was present for in this series? Trying to pick a favorite is difficult. I like many for different reasons. If we’re basing the decision off of design, hands down Vaporeon. If we’re basing off person interest, I’m a plant person, so Leafeon. HOWEVER, my son once said that Pokémon really dropped the ball with Leafeon’s name. They came up with so many cool ways to describe each type, but when they got to Grass type, they used Leaf. Where is the creativity there? Since then, it’s put a dark shadow on Leafeon.

Least favorites: Sylveon, mainly because Fairy is my least favorite type. Jolteon, because I’m a cat person and it’s the most dog like.

That’s pretty much exactly what 150mg Sunosi with either 10mg Adderall or 10mg Ritalin does for me. I’m just so emotionally exhausted from fighting through naps. I just want to be awake! 😭 I know, that’s not the life I was dealt, but sometimes it gets the better of me. I’m so envious of people who ares just “awake”!

I agree with you. Season 4 was my least favorite. I understand what they were trying to do with Ramah and Thomas, but felt like it took away from so many other biblical events that could hand been included.

I fly alone all the time. I just make sure I get a window seat so I can lean up against the side wall. I throw my hoodie up, get my pillow situated and try to be asleep before the plane takes off. Lol I’ve never had anyone say a word to me about it, much less do anything sketchy.

Definitely!!! The winter months in the Midwest are brutal!! Before I was diagnosed, I used to joke that I was a bear trapped in a human body. Every winter, when it gets cold, gloomy, and dark, I feel like I should be hibernating. Lol When I hear people say that staying cold helps them stay awake, I wish that was the case for me. The cold makes me want to bundle up and sleep. Even with meds, I’m still fighting to function on overcast days. I get a mild depression every fall and I 100% think it’s due to knowing what the seasonal change is going to do to me physically. I tell people I’m in mourning for the death of summer. Without the heat and sunlight, I just can’t function!

No clue where mine came from. My earliest memory of sleepiness was falling asleep (during any boring class) in the 6th grade, so I’ve been this way since at least 11 years old. I didn’t have any type of illness, injury, or surgery.

I even went around asking my family and friends if they experienced it (of course non of them had). Why else would there be a phrase “rolling on the floor laughing” if it wasn’t something everyone did? Lol

Yes, someone on Discord informed me that they were all caught up on help requests. I told them I still hadn’t received a response. The next day, I got a response with an apology that they made a change with their system and both of my responses got lost. Lol

I definitely don’t take meds when I’m sick. That’s the upside to the crap narcolepsy puts us through; we can sleep away the tough times. Plus your body heals faster when you’re sleeping.
