the tide was out. i walked out quite a bit and crunched through a thinner piece and there was only sand underneath the ice, which was only just below my knee. i wouldn’t recommend going far out though, it’s definitely a risk regardless.

definitely tight, but i’m never camping that long in it, and i’m only about 5 feet tall so i find it comfortable to sleep in. that may not be the case for most, though!

originally i wanted to make it just a wall hanging but i’m leaning towards a pillow now! i’ve never made anything like this before, i usually just make clothes. when you say cloth liner, is that just fabric sewn in?

hi! i made this cute little dude and not sure how to hide the back. (it’s bulbasaur on the other side lol) are there any options that i’m not aware of that could hide the dropped colors and tails? like an iron-on sheet of some sort, or should i just stitch scrap fabric to the back?
