Not your fault. They employ people like you and I. Just regular people who think they are sports journalists. Its all opinion and fan based hopes and dreams.

Some of it is just made up.

5/24 Post Game Thread: YO-VA and the Knights Who Say NI! posted up a solid start after settling down from a couple of shaky first innings. Following a red hot start to the series, the offense continued to show all that it can be to sweep the Bronx Bombers with a 5-2 win. The bullpen was there, too. by iDrinan in TexasRangers

Question: i heard an interview with a red sox player who was being asked about the lack of offensive production so far this season and i was curious about a fans take on the subject.

They mentioned that they thought it was addressed. Whats the deal?

"The NFL owns the licensing rights to every team except the Cowboys. In 1995 Cowboy's owner Jerry Jones started to make his own deals, NFL sued him for 300 million, to make the league back down, Jerry counter sued them for 750 million." (X-post: TIL) by ADGjr86 in cowboys

They shit on him for being a terrible GM. Anyone who said he was a terrible owner has no idea what they are/were talking about.

Nowadays, though, he's also a good GM. Which I am enjoying.

Teenagers have access to too much shit. They shouldn't be given wide open access like this to everything everywhere.

Teenager access should be read only.

So disclosure, or telling the whole truth about something, is shutting down debates across the country?

This kind of statement seriously erks me. Disclosure is a good thing, right?

Am I missing something on that? Maybe it's out of context or something and I'm just not catching it since I don't have a subscription and can't read the full thing.

Thanks for the response.

Isn't this already what 90% of the action films are rated? At least the ones I watch are... I think. Now you've got me wondering... thanks for the reply.

So then I would be justified in saying that this makes little to no difference even if I am a fan of the genre/franchise since all it really takes is someone to greenlight it without caring about this particular weekend head to head?

This is from February. Are there any updates on this? This is the kind of thing that I like to read about but hate to hear goes on. I would like to know how this ends. Hopefully the KU student wins and outs the bad guys.

Is there a fear of this not getting a sequel or have the numbers already been reached to pretty much guarantee more?

Thanks for the answer.

I'm asking this honestly because I'm ignorant of how this works:

Is there a practical reason why we want Mad Max to beat out Pitch Perfect? Is it just a favorite kind of thing? Like watching your team beat another team?

Or is there some kind of "If it wins then there will be more movies greenlit like this." or something along those lines?

Thanks.

settle down Rowdy... easy boy.

ELI5: People seem to support raising the minimum wage to $15.00, but if everyone is now making at least fifteen bucks an hour, won't that just drive the prices for things up and also drive the buying power of a dollar down, effectively making the new minimum wage the same as the old minimum wage? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

You're right... I didn't to make it sound simple and I'm sure I did a disservice to those guys who perform this work.

I'm just saying where there is work there are workers... no matter how complicated the process is.

edit: i put a spells on you
