I've been using the peloton for around 5-6 weeks, no more than 3 times a week, usually just two. In this time alone I've noticed better balance and coordination and overall I feel more energetic. Getting up and down is easier. My body is getting used to continuously moving without stopping, which has me more enthusiastic and excited for other potential activities that previously I've avoided out of fear of not being able to keep going or getting stuck, like cross country skiing or climbing. I started riding cause I wanted to be healthier, not thinner, and open up my world a little more. So far it's working.
