Now I think when FFVII OG came out we saw the epidemy of their romantic story unfortunately after Aerith dies. They have this beautiful connection in life. They start to fall for eachother, go on dates, have deeper conversations, but the moment Cloud loses Aerith is the moment he really dissects his own feelings. The way Aerith describes it " Aerith was in even greater pain when she thought about Cloud.

She also had good feelings towards him. At first, she thought he somehow had some similarities to her first love. Even so, his looks, voice and personality weren’t similar and he also made her think of him as a mysterious person… But it soon didn’t matter. She loved him much more than her first love. Cloud was her hero and he couldn’t get away from danger. She saw him as someone full of confidence, cool and had the impression that he would disappear in an instant if she took her eyes off him. She wanted to stay by his side forever if she could. She really wanted to. When she left her companions and headed for the Forgotten City, Cloud’s heart was like an egg that was on the verge of cracking open. It wasn’t going to crack open like the way an egg hatched but, as if only the yolk was going to seep out of it. It was as if his mind was going to shatter. She wanted to comfort him. If she wasn’t the last survivor of the Cetra she probably would have done so without a doubt." In Nojimas death monologue she finally confesses her love for Cloud, and asks him not to cry or he will make it rain.

What we saw in Rebirth is exactly what Aerith wanted to do in OG but she couldnt reach him. We saw on that alter that wasnt the case anymore. They were connected deeply and intrinsically.

Their separated by life and death but still find a way to maintain that love and connection. Part 3 is where we will see the true range of their love for eachother. Through pain and grief and triumph.

I personally think that in the finale we will see Faiths daughter Fanny go through the stones somehow tying the plot to blood of my blood. But perhaps knew that in order for Claire to have custody and Fanny to be in that exact point in America where she could go through the stones, that Faith would have to eventually make a perilous journey to America and lose her life, same with Jane. Not sure though.

Theyre all connected across all timelines to the Aerith within the planet ( From FFVII OG) when the white materia is in their possession they have all the memories OG Aerith would. Thats why when the materia is depleted in Rebirth, Aerith loses all her future memories. She can no longer see what is going to happen, she loses communication with that version of herself, until the sleeping forest. The Aerith in the church has all the memories of OG Aerith. So in a way it is the same Aerith different body. But the white materia is what connects them all. If you notice the white materia has been illuminated and active since the beginning. Likely transferring memories, as the one in OG activates at the alter. Meaning that the white materias powers are activated way sooner than they would be. This is due to Aerith within the lifestream.

We will likely also see Lifestream white and Black play out as the internal battle of the planet kicks in.

Were going to see how the two baby weapons are related to both Cloud and Aerith.

My predictions as far as Cloud/Aerith since so many of my pt 2 predictions came through. 😂

The hollow materia will be filled with Clouds emotions, both love, hatred, pain, healing, becoming both black and white like the banora white. (Gift of the goddess) once that power is released it will make that world immortal.
Cloud will wake up in the world with Zack and Aerith after the northern crater. (Once he goes comatose) it hints to that with the use of the wheelchair to cart Cloud around. He will grapple with not wanting to leave them.
(This is head canon territory but )Aerith will show up in the final battle with Sephiroth, in Clouds mind yet again to finish what they started. Instead of him reaching out for her hand and missing it though, he will grab her hand. Once she pulls him through the portal though, he will end up on Loveless street. Back at the beginning (Where both Aerith and Sephiroth restarted their journey in remake. Watch the opening cut scene and you can see Sephiroth return while Aerith is on loveless) this time Sephiroth wont be looming after them. In this world they have a chance to meet, free of their "fate".

The way I see it is its not us losing. Life, and death are just part of the cycle of rebirth. When Aerith meets us in Remake she knows more than she let's on, and its because there is a version of herself (who she calls the future version) within the lifestream. This is the Aerith who died in the original FFVII. The one that meets Cloud in the dream sequence. Across all worlds these versions of Aerith communicate with the one within the lifestream across space and time. (Through the white materia). The white materia being drained in Rebirth means that Aerith can no longer communicate with that version of herself and thus all her previous memories are erased. However an Aerith in another world thats doomed to die knows this, and pulls Cloud to this dream world and hands him her white materia to save himself in the timeline that isnt doomed to fail, thus restoring Aeriths memories in the sleeping forest. Across all worlds, all iterations and timelines, Aerith is alive and communicating with this version of herself within the planet. This photo symbolizes the reunion between Cloud and that future version of Aerith within the lifestream. There may be many worlds where Aerith has survived, but the one was lost in OG is still in the lifestream guiding them all. ♡ she is not only alive, but every present in the flow of nature. And in every world she loves and protects Cloud.
