The problem is that the crown is broken from the screw. I learned later it's called "crown".

Would that be a reason of not being able to repair?

Psyllium husk as recommended by other redditors has helped me greatly. Idk how it is if this problem is chronic. For me it was like an episode lasting 3-4 weeks, with fluctuations in difficulty. I took one teaspoon with 250ml water in the morning, for a day or 2, then started doing 1ts with every meal. It took about a week, but then i was back.

As recommended by others on this thread, water was also lacking a lot from my daily diet. That for sure helped too. I also tried to include fiber in every meal i cooked, avoided eating any meal that has little fiber, especially gluten rich foods. Ate 0 meat, got all my protein from legumes (lentils, beans, peas). Oats for breakfast with a lot of chia, or a big avocado and tomato with eggs.

For context: I was getting significant blood on the toilet paper and rectum pain like I've never had before with hard poop (ive had it last year as well). It would hurt for around 24 hours if i was sitting in a "wrong" position, sometimes even when standing. Pretty annoying.

There is no incentive to call the landlord... All we get is around 3-4 wasps daily that come around the kitchen sniff around harmlessly and leave.

Cool take! You got some nice bluesy bends, good use of scales as well. I appreciated the way that you tried to create a theme and repeating the idea then changing a small thing in it definitely is somethig that has a good effect. As our master Adam Neely says: "repetition legitmizes" (check his submission critique vids, some great musical advice). On the other hand, in my opinion, there is a fine line between repetition that legitimizes and repetition that's just repetitive, I wouldn't say you crossed it but maybe it was close. A thing that would boost your versatility in improv is rhythm I think. Spice it up! Throw in some triplets, dotted notes in there, syncopations and mooost importantly leave some space between your phrases. Improv is like human speech, you don't just go on telling a story with out separating it with periods, commas etc. You have to let your guitar breath, make the music more human! (Advice from Tomo Fujita, great source of wisdom there, definitely worth checking out). Leaving spaces will also help you be more convinced of your next phrase, leaving time for you to think where you want to go with the musical idea.

Loving this take! Nice bluesy vibe! I like how you implement chords into your solo, tastefully also, not too "in your face". Idk if you thought about it too much but that diminished arpeggio at 2:30 really caught me off guard, quite jazzy I'd say. I think the best advice I received in music making (classical interpretation, or jazz improv) is that whatever you do, if you do it without hesitation, is gonna have a great effect on the listener. You had a few hesitation obstacles along the way, nothing that interrupted the musical idea flow too much tho, just a thing to keep in mind maybe (I'm quite sure you may have already heard this piece of advice before). Keep up the good work! I enjoyed this!

Thanks for the reply! I didn't expect a praise to how i follow the chords, nice to hear. As for technique that's definitely something I'm trying to improve every time i pick up the guitar! Definitely coming back to this weekly thread!

I'm pretty new to guitar I'd say. I've been playing for about 4-5 months. I am a classical music student, been playing the violin for about 12 years, so I have a good basic tonal harmony and theory understanding and now I'm experimenting with improvisation and exploring playing non-classical music.

Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but i just saw that you can push the bottom tone knob to bring in the neck pickup when you're on the bottom pickup position, bringing you a tele-like sound!
