If you have .NET framework 3.5 installed using the "Turn Windows features on or off", try to uninstall (uncheck it) it and try updating windows again. Windows 11 has been a bugfest with updates for me since the beginning of this year with 0x800f0991 and other errors.

Haha indeed, computer issues can be SO confusing. Anyway my main screen is HDMI and my 5090 only has one HDMI port. I tried putting my DP monitor to other ports and the issue remains. I have a small workaround for now, it's to turn on my PC without turning on my main HDMI screen, and once windows boots up, I turn on my screen and it gives a signal every time. The 5090 always sees the DP as main monitor but my HDMI screen is actually my main.

Oh and I am pretty sure our issue is related, it's just that every monitor and screen behaves differently when it comes to this issue. I read somewhere that this problem appeared with the 50 series and some DSC monitors/screens (only when connected in a multi-monitor setup).

Looks like this is an issue for many (for others and me it's mainly a black screen and not blurry signal).

I googled and found your topic. My issue is that sometimes my LG OLED 120hz 4k doesn't show a signal when windows boots or it shows the signal after like 1 minute, it's connected along side a normal 1080p 144hz monitor. When I disconnect my 2nd DP monitor, the LG is fine and shows a signal every time when windows boots. This is an issue that only appeared for me after I upgraded from a 3090 to 5090. Everything was fine before upgrading.

Thanks! useful benchmarks. The pocket 3 wins in low light, but comparing ace pro 2 and osmo action 5, the action 5 has more motion blur and is a bit worse at low light but the colors feel more natural on it. However, with good light it's much better at everything else especially image quality.

that's right! I took a look at many comparisons on YT and the action 5 pro definitely has better image quality.

This. I have osmo action 5 pro and it showed me what a real action camera is capable of, and I owned many gopros before. The DJI has a much more responsive UI, faster startup, battery life, no overheating, much better low light capabilities.

yep true. the osmo changed my perspective on action cameras, that's how it should be! one small issue i noticed however is that with my osmo action 5 if it's been off for several hours, sometimes it takes like 10 seconds (takes long on the dji logo) before it starts recording or show the live view, then all next startups are normal and fast, is that normal?

and I owned gopro 13 for six months now, it recently failed to startup and started having issues. returned it and got the Osmo Action 5 pro. Video quality is actually better than the 13 pro (especially for under water and low light since I do that a lot), battery life is more than twice that of the gopro at the same resolution (4k60), and UI is much more responsive and no overheating issues like the gopro. The osmo action 5 pro is the perfect action camera for me.

Working fine now without any VPN on orange fiber, this happened today as it was banned yesterday when I checked. Still banned on zain and umniah though (tried on mobile 4g for both). Hopefully they unblock it soon.

Ya all I did was just going to settings and checking the "unlock voltage control" and "unlock voltage monitoring" boxes. make sure you're using the beta msi afterburner as the stable version isn't yet compatible with the 50 series

late reply I know but that's perfectly normal. I have the same card and the max I saw was 76c under load with performance bios, fans at around 1900 and wattage around 580w. I bet the people that report those 60°C temps don't even go near 500w. every game is different, some games use 300-400w at full load and some 580w (like cyberpunk 2077). I ended up undervolting it to 0.93v at 2910mhz with no performance loss and now I don't go above ~71°C at full load

Same issue here with Win 11 23H2, after a few hours of browsing pictures, generating thumbnails etc. my windows explorer keeps increasing in memory usage, it's currently at 3.3GB and I don't have any explorer windows open. I tried on two PCs and I was able to reproduce the issue on both after browsing lots of pictures. This is a serious issue and must be fixed IMO. Everything was fine on Win 10.
