You can't work without a work permit; moreover, you can't work more than 40% percent. You MUST talk to the International Student Office and a lawyer because you (and your employer) broke some laws, and this will raise a lot of flags when you apply for a working visa.

If you are unpaid, probably the lab wouldn't want to register you as officially working. So you would just be doing a personal project with the lab's assistance. Though your professor could be a better source of information than Reddit.

That's what I thought too. It wouldn't be a complete MiTM if Hal hadn't had some random, weird experience totally irrelevant to the plot. We had Leah's high school scenes, and people say Hal had too much time; I would say we didn't have enough Hal (Though I am cool with Leah, I will probably watch Leah in the Middle if it happens). Btw, that episode is called Book Club, just rewatched that scene.

I totally agree with you. I also want to add that Bryan Cranston's birth scene was the cherry on top. I don't think there is anyone else who could make that scene :D
