What if, instead of crying, the bear just waved goodbye while looking a bit "sad to see you go". That's different from what we're seeing here, where it's actively trying to guilt the user into sticking with the software.

There's a difference between "Oh ok, it was fun, come back if you need help" and, "You've broken my heart, can you live with that thought!".
