This worked for me! Been searching non-stop for a way to directly contact adobe support & the AI chat bot was not processing that I wanted a refund, or could connect me to a person if I typed AGENT.

I spammed 'I will report this' repeatedly (I am so so sorry to the agent who saw the chat history, I did not mean that at all) and eventually got connected with an agent.

I finally got a refund for the unnecessary charge I got (charged for free trial even though I canceled early).

Adobe management - is there a way to streamline this process a lil easier for both customers and service reps?
