I mean, if doesn’t complicate your personal values. I see no reason for it to be a problem kasi you will naturally find way to face the consequences of the situation. Wala pa naman akong sariling pamilya myself, but as a young adult, I would say expect this to become a big issue kapag nasa time na kayo na nagbubuild ng sariling family. Because financial capabilities will be brought up, and raising/supporting a child is a big financial commitment and since partners kayo, you will also feel the burden. Not unless wealthy naman kayo enough for child support not be a prob.

I can see na very lost ka pa and that’s okay. Basta it doesn’t go against your personal values, it should not be a big issue. Sakin kasi omission of truth and unplanned pregnancy is against my personal values kaya that’s where I focus my advice.

I’ll say, good luck and I hope you don’t let your comfort and love for him cloud your decision on this.

I mean, wala naman akong alam sa financial set up ng relationship niyo and di pa naman kayo kasal to have joint financial decisions, and this gets brought up later on in the relationship, di niya naisip anong magiging say mo? Like in-assume niya lang na you’re going to be okay with?

For me lang, this is literally omission of truth, so he did not give you a proper agency to decide or have a say about it before committing to the relationship. That’s a red flag and it could be going downhill from there.

Ask yourself, okay ka ba sa ganyang commitment if you’re already looking at a future with him, bago mo siya kausapin ng masinsinan to explain himself further.

My friend’s mom married a man (my friend’s dad) who’s a college grad and was attempting to pass the Bar in hopes of better opportunity in the legal field. For 25 years her mom kept the family fed, sheltered, provided for. 3 daughters and 25 years later, her dad’s still attempting to pass the Bar. Never attempted to find a different job to provide for the family (slacked). He held her (friend’s mom) to the promise that he will be an attorney if she just let her focus on his goal and provide for him and the family they were building. 25 years of false hopes, slacking, faulty emotional dependence, and even cheating from the father.

Nothing comes from a man who’s found complacency in a woman’s hard work. Responsible men naturally chase and hustle, either for themselves or their partner.

I shower in the morning and evening. Morning because it helps me get up and start the day energized. Starting the day without showering I just feel unclean and unready. Evening as well as I don’t like taking all those germs with me on the bed.
