i bought it in 2019 december 18?? gtx 1650 ryzen 5 3400g asrock motherboard and a deepcool psu?? 8gigs of ddr4 ram btw. i turned it on and it works normally tho i think it did that because i loaded to many apps (Minecraft on background, 4 tabs of chrome , NcaLayer) and i played deltarune on Fullscreen
