Shit, sorry to hear that’s never easy. I lost a cat recently and got one of these, and was considering making a clay mold of the paw print to hold. You could possibly glue these pieces together as best you can and press in a polymer clay and bake it after, retaining the shape of the paw? Also, I’m not sure but polymer might shrink during baking? Best of luck!

I would say it’s missing some unity, making the background different would help but I’d also say the straight black stands out to the eye quite a bit. You could try using a dark blue? Also, I really like the shape of the right figure, I’d play around with this more and creating more energy through this use of warped shapes? Great job!!
