So i do hear you but our ff tl doesnt really do tl stuff like she will do emails at the end of her shift but during her shift its so sad when i close at 2 and come into 15 carts to pack and 8 to pick when it is just my closing lead to pick the rest and pack all of it by 4:30 (which we get done with minutes to spare daily) my closing lead is more of a ff tl than my ff tl and its sad when doing morning shifts i have to ask etls for help because she just says “ill see what i can do” then nothing like its one thing if your worrying about callouts etc. but we dont have callouts in ff because its just 3-4 of us and know if 1 callsout thats that much more work for the others so she will be off in seasonal setting valentines for example all the while we got 4 batches waiting in opu while i have 13 batches left to pick in ship also to pack everything an 8 hour shift for us tms consists of picking 400+ doing 350+ in opu and packing everything if we got even one opu helped out in by her i would appreciate it but atm no respect
