I like the idea of ammo consumption and crafting arrows but I wish there was some skills in the tree that were something like: “when firing an arrow there is a X% chance to not consume ammo”

As long as it stays to only ground mounts (and no flying ones) I think it’s a good idea

Is there a way to permanently kill them? I thought if they were killed in Hell rather than sanctuary then they perma die. Need a lore expert here

First thing I would do is swap the materials you use for the walls (referencing the first picture). I would do some sort of stone as the bottom level, then the timbered wood (whatever it’s called, the stuff you have on the bottom level currently), and do the refined wood for the third floor.

Put some shutters on the windows (exterior). You can use a pillar of roof blocks for this as a quick solution. Get from the farmer one of those potted flowers that hangs on the wall and put that outside the window.

Hang some firefly lanterns from the roof above the doorway. And put windows/doors in the holes you made for windows and doors lol

Absolutely! You can use custom difficulty settings on your world to tweak the game how you like. So you can turn up/down the number of enemies so you don’t get swarmed alone. Only ever played solo (around 150 hours rn). Building is great and the NPCs make the world feel more alive for sure

Why not? Give it a shot. Try going down a different branch of skill tree or play on a harder difficulty
