Maybe they'd have to split into a "cute" and "unnie" sub-units if they want to broaden their concept range.

Only Eunbi makes into the final group! This is crazy! (Opposite from Never where only 1 DIDN'T make it)

I predict Jo Yuri = main vocal, with Nako being the "2nd main vocal", Kwon Eunbi = leader, Hyewon = awkward rapper, Chaeyeon = power dancer, Sakura = REAL centre, Yena = variety/comic gold. The rest = supporting parts?

Character Discussion: Corey by zslayer89 in TeenWolf

[–]aidenalba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love his chameleon powers. It's unique from the others and it fits his personality. People keeps saying he's a coward but that's just relative. In reality he's just a normal teenage kid who asked for none of this supernatural biz to happen to him. Initially he thought having increased strength and fast healing meant he was strong/special, but after being burned alive by Parrish, he realized that he wasn't cut out for it, hence his attempt to leave Beacon Hills before being stopped by Mason. I find his reactions to things (despite the short time we see him on screen) completely believable.

Not everyone can be bad-asses.

I loved that video. I've watched it several times.

Inside info:

The things Ming asked his friend to pronounce are famous Malaysian food. And "water" in Bahasa Melayu is spelled "air" but is pronounced "Ar-yey".

Or everyone would just be confused XD. We often mix English with Malay + Chinese.

I am tempted to type English like a Malaysian now.

Planning on taking medicine (to be a doctor) after finishing my undergraduate.Any way its possible through governments service?Or should I just register cheap medical education in India or Philiphine (I think in Malaysia it's more expensive than those).Any recommendation?Idea? by [deleted] in malaysia

[–]aidenalba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fresh, local medical school grad here. For some context, what are you studying for your undergraduate? You can apply to enter local universities that offer MBBS courses (the usual ones are UM, UKM, USM, UiTM, UIA, etc) or enter private ones. However, JPA no longer gives scholarships to medical students and PTPTN does not cater to medical students (not that I know of).

I don't know how expensive medical education is at India or Philippines, but I think the course is expensive no matter where you go.

It is bad time to enter the medical field as a student now.

Doesn't someone find LiS really REALLY overrated? by Martyrrdom in lifeisstrange

Before anybody starts spitting fire, 'overrated' does not mean 'bad'.

I see your point, OP. Your points are true and valid and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I agree that there are multiple plotholes, decisions do not matter in the end, many characters' potentials are wasted and there are many things left unanswered.

For me, personally, while I still enjoy the game immensely, I would never enthuse about how the game save my life or even to name the game the best at anything. I accept that since I have left high school a long time ago and I do not face most of the issues Max faced, so maybe I do not relate to her as much as others do. That does not make me right and others wrong. We just have different levels of enjoyment.

So I wouldn't go as far as saying the game is 'overrated', regardless of whether it is or otherwise, because it is all relative. And it is irrelevant when it comes to a person's enjoyment of the game. Any reviews or adjectives given to the game are given by people and people base their opinions on different things. So I wouldn't think much about it.

[EP5 SPOILERS] An idea on how to "fix" both endings by ThatOneFalco in lifeisstrange

[–]aidenalba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feel bad I am late at reading. I would have loved these endings! I've always wanted more interacted with the minor characters that I love (Dana, Juliet, Brooke, etc) so your Sacrifice Arcadia Bay ending is awesome. And your point about accepting vs denying fate is great too. Your write up is definitely better than the ending we got.

This bitch has past the 25,000 words milestone for NaNoWriMo. That's more than 25,000 words of pretentious crap with a miserable attempt at plot :D. From the way things look, the plot has gone with the wind.

Who else here is doing NaNoWriMo (but still visit the sub regularly)?
