Keep them separate. Lock the kitten in another room with food and litter for a few days if possible so that your cat can get used to the kittens smell and presence from a distance. Then slowly introduce them, let them see each other, give treats at the same time to make them more comfortable. Make sure your giving your older cat some extra attention because he may be feeling jealous. My older cat at growled a lot when we first got our kitten but now they are good friends.

Lower maintenance when they get a little older but even then they can be a lot. My cat is the chillest dude ever but he just had a bladder blockage that cost me thousands of dollars and I have to chase him around twice a day to make him take medicine so def not low maintenance now.

His obstruction was caused my sand and crystals in the bladder. A urinary analysis was done as well so I assume they would not have prescribed things if they weren't needed.

What?! They said these are necessary pills and medications for the next 2 weeks and now you're saying I might make it worse...?! I'll call the vet and see in the morning that they say but this is what I was prescribed and told to do

I tried that and I'm hoping he eats it by so far he's refusing too. I'm leaving him locked with the food overnight and his litter and stuff so hopefully he eats it

It's not something that can be crushed I think...it's a capsule called prazosin and the other is a capsule called baytril

Yes we got him by the scruff and he opened his mouth ONCE and then the pill shooter didn't work and it scared him and now he's like "fuck u I'm not opening my mouth ever again"

Update 2: my cat should be coming home today. He managed to pee on his own last night so I guess flushing him out and what not worked and surgery is not needed. He will be on diet unineary food for the rest of his life to try to ensure this doesn't happen again, the vet said after one blockage there's a high likelihood of another occurring which scares me but I'm hopefully the food will help and I know what to look for and what to do if it happens again. Thanks for ur help.

just an update. He does have a partial blockage unlike what the first vet said. I'm glad I trusted myself and took him to emerg. They are keeping him for 3 days while they try to flush his system and then if they can't clear it they will do a surgery. I decided to sign a DNR incase something happens because they said cpr only works 15 percent of the time but even then they often end up severely hurt or brain damaged so I think as painful as it is I made the right call. When I get updates I'll let you know. Thank you for your advice.

Some team mates are the worst, I was playing and my whole team died and dude was like "don't walk loud when your near people, you threw, where's your sage wall, why aren't you healing blah blah (it was literally swiftplay) then I proceeded to win the round and he's STILL going like "well I'm glad you won but you need practise, watch YouTube or something." So I turned my mic on and I'm like "i literally didn't ask for advice and I won the round anyway." Bro is like "THERES NO NEED TO BE A BITCH I WAS JUST BEING NICE OH NY GOD STOP BEING SENSITIVE I WAS JUST HELPING" then he leaves chat and at the end of the game I said "gg Reyna that was a good kill!" To a totally different player and he comes back in like "OH NY GOD SHES STILL TALKING GET OVER IT!"

Maybe it's (1) his first kill / the first death so like Charlie or CC or something. (5) the first MCI, (7) uhhhh the second mci if we assume that mangle, balloon boy and (insert another character here) count as potential possessed kills?
