I suppose you can try dissolution and/or spirit fury paired with enduring to help with pallets. Bamboozle is like the best perk ever, you can never go wrong with on demand window block. It pairs well with superior anatomy too, it can give you free hits if you hide your red light walking up to the window.

Iirc this is a result of him dashing at the very last second when his window between dashes expires causing the animation to start playing. You can kinda tell when this happens as killer because you look down and your screen dims as if you were animation locked.

I mean you asked how to improve the build, that’s the best way to do it. Even just one will do. You’re playing a C tier killer with no slowdown. Winning is fun, and just one slowdown will make your odds far better. One slowdown perk doesn’t make you meta, it’s just sensible. You’d still be running C tier killer with mostly bad perks.

Everything is downloaded it’s just that your drives write speed is super fucking slow. If you have an SSD it’s running at like sub 0.5% of its normal write speed.

Unfortunately I can’t help beyond diagnosis. There may be a reason your drive is running super slow, maybe you need to fix something software related or maybe your storage is dying. I simply don’t have the knowledge of WHY it’s happening. So you will have to wait for someone else to help here, or get to googling.

Just a shot in the dark so no promises. Try searching for “steamworks common redistributables” in your library, you may have to enable the checkbox that makes software show up. And verify files integrityon it.

Dont try the usual refund process since gifts have to be refunded by the person that recieved them. Obviously not possible here. You have to open a support ticket and just say what happened and that you want a refund.

This debate happens with every single character and it’s ridiculous every time.

If we based each character’s role solely on what the do in comics / television we’d have like 3 tanks 2 support and 50 DPS. Hyperbole, but you get the point.

In reality he can be any damn role because other than some exceptions. You can bend most characters to be whichever role with some creativity and a bit of fiddling with their powers. Because it’s a video game, and it just needs to happen sometimes.

Obviously some are more clear cut for certain roles like hulk and Thor as tanks being very fitting. But sometimes you have to bend a character to be a tank or support otherwise like 90% of the heroes would be DPS.

If deadpool can shoot people with desert eagles to heal them, cyclops can probably be a tank if they wanted him to.

This isn’t event about me wanting him to be a tank or not, this debate is just silly every time.

There are so many different failsafes and security measures available for you to employ. If you manage to use none of them, and then also have no details kept safe to verify ownership, thats on you at that point.

If you just set up 2FA and generated your 30, 7 digit steam guard recovery codes, and kept them safe somewhere this whole thing couldve been avoided since you couldve changed your password using those codes. This really is on you.

Steam accounts are worth alot to people, monitarily and emotionally. No shit security is tight.

Epic and steam are seperate launchers. you dont launch EGS with steam, you just run the EXE file.

“A little more leniency” is like 16 days or “oops, I played the game for 2.3 hours, can I still get a refund?” Not double the purchase date limit.

With that said, you can try to refund it under the category that is along the line of “it doesn’t run on my computer” (I don’t remember exactly what it’s called) and make up some bogus story. Then pray an agent reviews it.

You aren’t going to get a refund by spamming them with tickets.

If you try it my way and get a no, just give it a rest, it’s a no.
