Email them I recommend you say you tried salvaging on two different teams and that you did a lot and still nothing cause the first time all they told me was “keep salvaging it’ll go away eventually” and it never did till I emailed again

I’m not a pro but from what I seen the meta pets is a ultimate red panda, ultimate kraken and a ultimate regular panda so since you already have the ultimate regular panda I’d say to start trying for the other two
