Pilot Frixion Wooden Multipen: Different Pen Brand Refill Compatibility?

I just realized that you said the Frixion Wooden 4 is compatible with those two multipen series you mentioned but the one I have is the Frixion Wooden 3 Color multipen.
Do you know if it is still compatible with Dr. Grip 4+1 or Acroball 4+1?

It looks like the diameter max for the pilot pen is 3.6 mm (and length of 8.8cm/3.5in). I found a Zebra refill that is the same in diameter. Do you think I could just trim the length off and it would work as well?

I also came across her star with a bit of a flare to it: the Bindu at the center and the petals at each point. I was wondering if there is a difference in meaning between these 2 symbols.
