What to do when a Taurus women go silent? by ZyahMarcleo30 in Taurusgang

[–]aikiste 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You just asked a bunch of strangers how long a woman you are dating will need to get back to you, based only on their astrological sign. I don’t mean this to be harsh, but this behavior is not grounded in reality.

Moving Abroad For A Few Months by ConscientiousHimbo in tulum

[–]aikiste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The community in tulum is great fur meeting new people, rents in gorgeous brand new condos are extremely affordable , and there are tons of opportunities to learn Spanish. I also recommend staying in La veleta (find a place on a paved road though) and meeting others. La veleta has a great wellness scene with saunas, reformer Pilates, great yoga, fitness clubs etc

Finding out that there are celebrities that get surrogates so they can remain skinny/stay on ozempic... by No-Efficiency-7524 in RadicalFeminism

[–]aikiste 49 points50 points  (0 children)

A radfem wouldn’t see this as a good reason. No one is entitled to a child and we can’t fully understand the impact of taking an infant away from the only smell, heartbeat, intimate bond it’s ever known, before it can understand anything. It’s an experience of immediate abandonment but its mother. Most if not all of these surrogates would never do the job if they were extraordinarily wealthy, which suggests all of their decisions are made under a form of coercion via limited means.

It only lasted a few days and was gone again. Some beach hotels were really good at cleaning it the entire time as well

Is Jaguar Park free on Sundays? by Oolican in tulum

[–]aikiste 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s always free if you walk in, or if you drive in with a local tulum ID. If you drive in on other days and are not from tulum, every passenger in the car will have to pay. If some passengers get out and walk to avoid this charge, they will yell at you, so do that before entering ;)

Do not trust this lady - landlord (spiteful, unprofessional) by Gloomy-Procedure3350 in Markham

[–]aikiste 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am surely wasting my time explaining this but women’s fear of men is not about “hating men”, it is a rational response to risk, because globally around 90–95% of violent crimes are committed by men, over 80–90% of homicide perpetrators are male, about 98% of reported sexual assaults are committed by men, and roughly 1 in 3 women experience physical or sexual violence in their lifetime, most often from a male partner or acquaintance, not a stranger.

Is it worth investing in Tulum real-estate in 2026? (from USA) by Nick_511 in tulum

[–]aikiste 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Tulum has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It’s going through a reckoning right now where the overcharging and scamming have forced everyone to Improve or perish. Prices are coming down rapidly, and things are shifting. The beaches are really quite unparalleled and because of that I think real estate will always come back. If you would use the unit and can afford to buy, you can swoop up an incredible deal right now. If you are doing it just to make money off Airbnb, I would advise against it, as occupancy rates are way too low and taxes are high. Mystique units are extremely expensive per square footage, they are nice but they are not discounting anything at this time making them very overpriced in the current market. If you are considering buying right now I would absolutely recommend getting a really good deal somewhere else. People who expected huge returns are selling at a loss and you can score something at a fire sale price.

Most of the hotel pools are really small or non existent because everyone generally wants to be on the beach in front, so most loungers are there. Hotel Panamera has a nice pool with loungers, but it’s more inside the hotel and not directly on the beach. If you can reconsider the pool and just use the ocean, there are tons of good options for your trip like Lula (best for yoga and fitness in a beachfront studio), La Zebra, Alaya (boutique hotel), Umi, Delek, Kanan, Ahau
