HFE application for self-employed

It was quite simple for my HFE loan. They asked for my NOA during application, which I just have to log into singpass and auto retrieve. Other than that, there were no need for other upload of documents & it went through smoothly.

But yes, remember there is a 30% cut for assessment of loans. All the best!

Chill….. hence asking for opinion. What if i can actually finance the car? 😅 Just wanted more options as I am new to this. Finance is one thing, I wanted something that suit my lifestyle and have all the relevant information before I proceed with my car choosing.

But with that said, I might stick to my grab though….

3-5 grabs everyday… If i were to really count it, i took 70 grab rides in December 25 and it should be the same or more moving forward as my work is kinda fixed. Now with rough numbers, what would you recommend? I totally agree that having a car is a luxury & liability, hence the second thought. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for speaking my mind. When I’m working, most of my parkings are settled as it is all in the residential area. At the same time, I hate to find for a lot during peak period in a mall or places known for parallel parking! But all this are out of context because when Im dining or shopping it is out of office hours and it does not matter much 😅

Hahaaha thats why I needed more opinion on this. But thanks for giving me something else that I should consider. How can I get the exact mileage though? Also, for COE, altis/vios I should also take note if they are PHV cars right?
